
BQ NBA2K Online Tournament Series
Are you a budding NBA2K superstar? This is your chance to prove it.
In a first for Basketball Queensland, nominations are now open for the inaugural BQ NBA2K Online Tournament Series as we search for the state’s best player.
Entrants will have a chance to don the colours of their team by representing their local Association or enter the open category and play for individual honours in the new Player v Player tournament.
Divisions include:
- Senior Representative
- Open to all players, coaches and referees who would have competed in 2020 or competed in 2019 for an Association in the NBL1 North, QSL, QBL, SBL or Under 21s
- Junior Representative
- Open to all players and referees who competed or would have competed in 2020 for an Association in BQJBC, QNJBC or CQJBC*
- Open Seniors
- Open to all entrants 18 years or older
- Open Juniors
- Open to all entrants under 18 years old*
Nominations are open from 12pm, Friday 1 May until 5pm Monday 11 May, when players will then be sorted into divisions based on their nomination preferences.
Fixtures will be released later that week with the first round set to tip off on Monday, 18 May.
The tournament is open players across Queensland who have a copy of NBA 2K20 with either PlayStation4 or Xbox One consoles (BQ will run a tournament for each).

*All entrants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to enter.
