The Future Development Program (FDP) is the entry-level tier of the High Performance Program for athletes aged 12 – 13 years of age. The program focuses on the identification, support and development of athletes and on the development of aspiring elite coaches.
Just as players are expected to train and attend clinics to improve their performance, the same goes for coaches to ensure they continue learning and developing their skills and knowledge learnt in the Level 1 and 2 Coaching Accreditation Courses.
