2018 is bringing with it some exciting changes for basketball. Two of these new changes is the introduction of the Basketball Queensland Talent Development Program (TDP) and Basketball Queensland College Exposure Tour, formerly known as U15 & U17 Emerging Teams respectively.
These new programs allow Basketball Queensland to better cater to the need of the athletes within that age group. Which means, focusing on maximising the exposure to US colleges and US college coaches for the older group and further instilling the athletes in the Queensland Style of Play whilst providing international playing opportunities for the younger group.
